Hello,

New, Cam-Am owner and just picked up a 2016 DPS 650 and want to install a winch. I’m thinking of a Superwinch 3500.

I’ve installed winches before on a pickup truck but never on a quad.

I understand this comes with the winch plate installed and the pre-cut hole to mount the roller fair lead. Seems pretty simple.

The one thing that I’m unsure of is how to run the power cables. I’m sure they need to go through a switched relay or solenoid or something.

I’ve done some internet searches and can’t seem to find much directly related to this model.

Any suggestions on how to do this?
