I did the install myself. It took a whole day, but it was worth it. Not sure if it’s typical, but you do have to remove the whole front brush guard. Everything came with decent instructions, but the pictures were really dark. The pins that are provided for the front mount attachment are complete garage. As I plowed my driveway for a few minutes, they fell out about every 3 pushes. I went to napa and replaced them with the hitch pins shown. It was worth the five bucks. That was my only major complaint about it all, but it’s all good now with the simple fix.
A couple things I did different than what the instructions said was that I mounted the winch contactor in the back storage compartment instead of under the fuse box. There wasn’t any room in my opinion. Also, I hooked the winch in/out switch directly to the battery instead of to a wire that gers power once the key is on. This way I can operate the winch/plow without the key.
