i have a buddy with a 2014 900 xp, recently he blew a belt, now the new belt is slipping (napa belt). when we were changing belt i grabbed the secondary and it had about 1/8 inch of play in it. does his secondary need a rebuild? and would this cause the belt failure and new belt slippage? it has 1400 miles on it and he is yet to service the clutch, sorry if i am clueless im have a canned ham lol. he is running a 28 inch tall tire with an 8 ply tire so maybe that is contributing? thanks for any help
