Front diff of a sportsman 500 HO 2013;
I changed my hub bearings and the pinion bearing, put it all together for a ride … was still leaking, had some play on the shaft. I put it apart again and did a few search:

I’m I right thinking there is something between the top pinion and the differential case? Something that would make the top pinion sit tight on the case? Because as for now, if I put it back as is, there is enough play so the seal leak (even if it’s a new one).
Polaris want me to buy the whole thing … quite stupid for a ~3$ steel bushing…
Any idea?
