When sitting stationary on my quad (not moving) I can wiggle the handle bars back and forth a good half inch to an inch before the wheels will turn. They turn fine after that, nice and smooth but the wiggle is annoying. I will be the first to admit I know nothing about atvs and little about mechanics but I do change my car oil and I have changed things like my clutch basket and clutch on my crotch rocket so I am somewhat mechanically inclined. How can I go about fixing this. I assume there is some sort of bushing which is worn out or maybe a ball joint? Hopefully something I can fix myself. Thanks.
