2011 Sportsman 500 HO front diff problems

I was riding the other day and got hung up on a log. As I was rocking back and forth on top of it I noticed the 4wd stopped working. I was able to get unstuck and noticed that I had lots of resistance when going forward wether it was in high or low gear. When it is in reverse it had no resistance, so I drove home in reverse. I put it up on a lift and found that I have no 4wd in forward gears, but in reverse it is stuck in 4wd, even when I’m not hitting the override button. I unplugged the front diff and tested it with a meter and had 11 volts when I switched it into 4wd. I then changed the front diff fluid with the demand drive plus oil and it still didn’t change anything. It almost seems like it is stuck, partially engaged in 4wd. When I push it forward in neutral, there is lots of resistance to the point where I cant push it anymore forwards. It sounds like a clinking noise coming from the rear, but I can’t pinpoint where exactly. Has anyone ever had this problem before? Any help would be great because I am lost on what to do next
