2011 outlander 400 dies when hot

Sorry if this has been covered. I’ve seen alot of threads on 2007 and earlier models but nothing more recent. A few months ago I put a HMF slip on exhaust and an ejk fuel programmer on my ATV. The first ride I rode about 50 miles and it died and went into limp mode. It would restart but only for about a second.i removed the programmer and the problem continued. After about 20 minutes I was able to restart it and get back to the trailer. I checked all my connections and greased them. I did not have the problem again around the yard. I went out again and same thing happened about 10 miles in. I read some of the older can ams have an issue with the fuel pumps so I picked up a fuel pressure tester. It reads about 48psi. I was able to ride it long enough to get it to die again. Still at 48 psi but it won’t start. I checked spark and I’m good there. I noticed the fan wasn’t coming on until it died so I checked the ecu by disconnecting the temp sensor and the fan kicked on. I went ahead and ordered a new sensor just to be safe. Is there anything else I should look for? I appreciate any help!
