Hi All,
I purchased a 2003 Rancher in August that RAN GREAT except my carb leaked. I pulled the carb. and took it to a very reputable shop and had it rebuilt. When I renistalled the carb the Rancher was diffcult to start. After it started it ran fine especially after it warmed up. I parked it or a couple of days and attempted to start it was difficult to start. ( turns over and over and eventully runs, prime the carb and it runs for a few seconds and dies, then after a few attempts it runs fine. A shot of starter fluid and BOOM starts right up then dies). It always runs after enough attempts. I may have connected the vacuum lines wrong. I have not messed with any adjustments because I’m afraid of making it worse. It runs and I can plow snow. Any suggestions???

Thanks Neal
after generous amount of cranking and a long warm up idling period it runs great.
