So I have recently bought a Polaris xpedition 425 not running and looks like it hasn’t in quite a while. Recoil was broke and the previous only just put in a new battery and had absolutely no power to the dash starter, nothing no clicking when pressing the start button or anything. First think I did was clean the carb and take the recoil off. I then checked for spark with the key on using a 1/2 hp drill on the flywheel. Had spark so I put the boot in the plug and it did start. Now as for the electric end I checked all the grounds and checked both circuit breakers, all is good. Checked power coming out of the ignition switch and is also good. Tried to jump start the starter solenoid and nothing….. Pretty stumped!!! PLEASE HELP!
