My quad has been good in warm weather- no issues whatsoever. I purchased the quad used around a year ago to plow for winter but we really didn’t have one.
This time around we’ve finally got some plowable snow. The quad will not start in cold weather so I have to hook a tender to it ..no big deal as many do this.
So I started plowing today and within not even 30 mins of use the quad completly shut off in the middle of the driveway. I still have power but it will not fire up. My initial thought was that it overheated but I really don’t know. Voltage issue with the winch/plow? Drawing too much power? It was only about 3 inches of snow so I really wasn’t running it hard.
I let it sit for 20 mins and it fired up finally but then it did the same thing after only a few minutes this time. anyone have any Ideas?
Thanks
