Whenever I let out of the throttle quickly with the engine heavily loaded (to the point of bogging at least a little) such as going up a very steep hill/creek bank or pulling something heavy, the engine dies. If I let off, but keep the throttle cracked just a little, it will generally stay running.

Has anyone seen anything like this? It starts, runs and idles great. The only other issue I have is a random miss feeling when going down the road at WOT.
Thanks,
