hey so, ive got a 2004 outlander 330.
about a month ago i was out for a ride and the bike died, would fire up and die within 10 seconds, no matter how much throttle. figured out it was because there was little to none oil, added oil and was fine. used it around the yard and boosted the lawn mower a few times. went for another ride about a week ago maybe, and about 40 minutes into the ride the bike fully died, no attempt at running at all, and now when i try to start it, it hammers for 2 to 3 seconds hardly running and dies, if it even runs with my finger off the start button im not sure, but the engines stuttering and it hammers like theres a hammer in the crank case, but it didn’t make a noise while it was dying…. any ideas? im yet to tear into it, i was going to check the fuel system and move on from there. is there any known engine issues?
