Warn winch plate install

I’m in the middle of putting a 3500 Pro Advantage winch and winch plate in. I have the Pro Advantage front plow mount witch I love and decided just to go all warn. My trouble is if I get the back bolts and rear winch bolts in the holes the in the front are out half a hole. I can pry bar it to work but a lot of pressure is needed. If I ream out the front hole it would fit great but leaves very little steel behind the bolt.
