UTV INC POLARIS RZR XP 900 & XP 1000 BILLET OIL FILTER RELOCATION ADAPTER
Needing to relocate your oil filter for your Polaris RZR XP 900 or 1000 model? Well UTV INC’s new billet adapter will make this a snap! Fits all models of the 900 & 1000 RZR’s.
To make this a complete kit you will need to purchase the rest of the items on your own, but we have made kits using the following parts list:
1- UTV INC Oil Filter Adapter
2- 3/8"npt X 3/8" hose barb – brass
2- 1/2"npt X 3/8" hose barb – brass
4- 3/8" hose clamps
6′- Gates hose – rated for 400 psi WP and 300°F
1- Darale Performance – Remote Oil Filter Mount Kit P/N 25709 – Jegs
2- 5/16" X 2" bolts – nuts and washers
3- 5/16" X1 1/4" bolts – nuts and washers
1- Mounting plate – Aluminum – 3" X 3" X .190" – see photos on post #179
Teflon tape for the brass fittings, and blue Loctite for the mounting hardware
Mobil 1 oil filter P/N M1-204
Shell Rotella T6 synthetic 5W40 oil.
Oil capacity is now just under 1 gallon.
