The first couple rides I had out after purchasing my machine I had a transmission fluid leak. I topped it off until I could get the leak taken care of. When doing this I noticed the plug really seems seized in the case of the Trans until CRACK it breaks free and spins out normally. Well warranty paid to rebuild and repeal the transmission and it’s now leak free. Heading north for a weekend full of riding this weekend and was checking the machine over but the plug will not break free.
I’m not going to fight it and potentially break it as there are no leaks and I have no reason to believe it’s low on fluid but when I get home I plan to address it. Does the plug just need a little anti seize or what? Anyone else noticed this?
