purchased some nerfs from DE products and after too many brushes, the bolts had come loose and some had broke off. i couldnt find the finer thread bolts so DE hooked me up free of charge and free of shipping. also threw in a Tshirt for me. thumbs up!!! and thanks for taking care of me!!
