Team UXC Racing Wins Again at GNCC Round 9 Trantham Takes Win on Scrambler 850
Minneapolis, June 23, 2015- Team UXC Racing’s Kevin Trantham would keep Team UXC on the top of the podium for the third consecutive race by taking the win in the Pro 4×4 class, on his Scrambler 850, at GNCC’s Snowshoe, in Snowshoe, West Virginia this past weekend.
Trantham and teammate Michael Swift started on row one along with the top five Pro 4×4 racers. Snowshoe is the only GNCC race with a live engine start with each row starting ten seconds apart. By mile marker eight of the first lap, Trantham passed for the lead and would hold on to it with teammate Swift close behind. Swift encountered an electrical problem with just a lap and half to go causing him to drop back several positions. Trantham continued to dominate and crossed the checkered collecting his fourth Pro 4×4 Class win. Trantham goes into the summer break second in points with Swift in third.
Team UXC Rider Nic Snyckers also finished with a third place podium in the 4×4 Novice Class.
