Rzr 1000 new sand paddle issue

So I have a brand new set of 8 paddle STI V-Roll Sand Paddles. A brand new 2015 rzr 1000 that was just taken out for the first time and within 50-100 miles of driving I noticed tears in the paddles on both tires. They were driven from our camp spot for about 3 min each way to get to the sand about 5-10 mph. I did drive back and forth to the sand from our camp spot about 4 times before I noticed the tears in the paddles. I was not hard on these tires due to the fact I was taking it easy on the new belt to properly break it in.

On the passenger side tire all 8 paddles have tears in them and the drivers side 4 of the paddles have tears. I have purchased the same exact tires for my 2014 rzr 1000 and they had no issues with them, and they had way more miles on them driving in the same areas. (some gravel, some asphalt, and sand.

I contacted the place I purchased them from and they said the manufacture would not warranty them since it looks like they have been driven on the asphalt/gravel. The best they would do is give me a discount on a new set. Well yes they were driven on asphalt/gravel, many people use their sand paddles on some gravel/asphalt.

So has any one seen this on paddles with so little miles? Is this normal? I have had another set of STI V Rolls and Sand Strippers and I never had this happen. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
