RV selection help

Everyone,

I need your help. I will be purchasing a ranger 900 crew cab. (I use to have a rzr 1000 but I sold it to get a ranger crew cab for hunting and so I can have another couple ride with my wife and i).

I live in houston and when we go to the ATV parks either my wife or I have to stay sober because we currently do not have a way to stay at some of the parks. My wife wont sleep in a tent due to the extreme texas summers and I cant blame her. And it is getting to the point that it really is not safe to drive home late at night after a long day of off-roading. So we are looking for options
The ranger crew cab is right at 12.5’ long. I am going to lift the machine probably 5” and put 33” tires on it for “mudding” so the total height will be around 7’
Our budget is probably $15,000 or less. Would probably go used to save money.
We would want the rv to be able to atleast sleep 4 people but would be better if it could sleep 6 (4 people on two beds and 2 people on blow up mattress)
I will be bumper pulling with a 2014 toyota tundra crew cab 5.7 liter…tow rating is right at 10,000 pounds
Any length RV/trailer that would be safe to haul I am fine with
Options
1) Are there toy haulers that have a garage long enough and tall enough for the ranger? What brand/make?
2) Does someone in or around Houston custom make big enclosed car haulers basically into a “toy hauler” with a/c and everything?
3) Would double towing with a regular RV and a 14’ trailer be safe? Both being bumper pull
