Hello all (Names Jason)
I recently purchased a 2000 trailblazer 250 had it running fine , then I noticed sometimes it would try and run wide open while just cruzing , got it back to the house and noticed the jug nuts were loose, tightened every thing ,started machine back up and it immediately headed toward wide open throttle I shut the key off and it kept climbing, it finally shut off, "Question is do you guys think that the lower jug gasket could have made it do that, could it have sucked enough air to make it run wide open with the throttle at 0 ? I have a gasket kit ordered and crank seals just in case, Or do you think there could be a different problem ? Compression is 120psi after I retightened the jug bolts
Afraid to start it back up until I replace the gaskets , Thanks for any and all replys
