Need help with clutch weights

Last trip to glamis, I was only pulling 7800 rpms with stock weights and the sand helix with stu paddles on an xp1k4. I’d like it up above 8300, so Ive tried 3 setups at home on pavement with 30" mongrels but feel like I’m going backwards now.

1) Stock on pavement: 7800 rpm mid/top

2) Dirty dog clutch first try: 7700 mid/7800 top:
Inner (heel): Big bolt, 2 thick, 2 thin
Middle: Red bolt, 1 thick
Outer: Silver bolt, 2 thin

3) Dirty dog second try: 8100 mid/7700 top:
Inner (heel): Big bolt, 2 thick, 2 thin
Middle: Green bolt, 1 thick
Outer: Silver bolt, 1 thin

I don’t have a scale, but from lightest to heaviest the bolts go silver, green, red, big

I thought going lighter in middle and outer would increase the rpm, but it fell off up top in the last setup. Can anybody give a suggested setup or let me know where to add/remove.

Thanks,
Brian
