Motoalliance customer service

Can anyone tell me what happened to my post thanking Motoalliance, Cindy in particular, for the great customer service that was afforded me? I had a problem with a recent order, and Cindy took care of it quickly and efficiently.
Without her help, I would have lost a very nice Black Friday discount .
I’m not connected to the company in any way, other than having spent a lot of money on their products.
I hesitate to spend money with vendors I haven’t tried unless they have good reviews, I had a hard time finding anyone that had anything bad to say about Motoalliance and wanted to reassure other potential customers. – Lou
