Installed my FREE 30″ Tusk LED Light Bar!

I finally got the chance to install the Tusk light bar I won from Rocky Mountain ATV/MC. Before I show you some very crappy pictures, I want to say that this install was a breeze! The instructions were also very well done.:ok: The only tricky part was mounting and adjusting the bar by myself.

After mounting the bar, I noticed I had extra cord I had to deal with, as the connector was too big to fit through the gap at the base of the A-pillar.

I settled on wrapping the cord around the A-pillar three times and binding it on itself. I then used electrical tape and zip ties to hold everything in place.

After running the cord through the gap, I taped wire loom to it for abrasion resistance where the cord touched the body and frame. I then used two zip ties to secure it.

I attached the relay to an existing bolt on the firewall, behind the coolant overflow tank.

I then attached the power to the Accessory point on the busbar and the ground to the right side mounting bolt for the busbar.
