Inner Demon Motorsports Billet Aluminum Grills available for the 2014-2016 RZR XP 1000 and RZR XP 4 1000 and the 2015-2016 RZR S 900. This Grill has been CNC machined out of 3/16" 6061 aluminum. The 4 inserts have also been machined out of high impact Delrin and then inlaid into the outer aluminum frame using stainless steel hardware. The inserts can be easily replaced if damaged, but these things will take a beating. The outer aluminum frame has been powder coated to match the factory Polaris Graphics and Body Colors. Our custom designed and machined mounting clips are made from Delrin as well and isolate the grill from rattling. Available in Blue, White, Red, Orange, Metallic Gray, and Metallic Silver powdercoat.
