How to best pull out bushes with Grizzly?

Hey guys. I have some bushes in the front yard that I want gone and was thinking about pulling them out with my Grizzly. Just wanted to get an idea about which way was the right way to go about it. I have a 2008 350 4×4. It is winch equipped as well.

Now I know that I need to run the water around the roots for a good period of time to soften them up, but I want to know how I should pull them with the ATV. Should I use the winch, or should I get some nice chain / rope to tie to the hitch and do it that way? If I do it with the hitch, should I be in 4 wheel or 2? Just don’t want to add any unneeded stress to the machine.

I have included pictures of the bushes as well so you guys can get a good idea of what I’m working with.
