12″ wheels dilemna

I could care less how wheels look. Need 12" wheels for my Rancher. Whats the cheapest price and place for the ITP Deltas?

I have had MSA M23 Battle wheels before and those were the best wheels I ever had. Just because they were so easy to clean. Also had MSA Nukes. Hated em. Too hard to clean.

If the price is close I might end up with Battles again.

Rubicon Tire Conundrum

I’m new to the forum and was drawn here while researching tires. And the more I research, the more confused I get. I love my ’06 Rubicon and am needing to replace the original tires. I live in Utah and my riding consists of snow (plowing plus riding), rocks, and dirt. Many of the trails are smooth at first, then get nasty. I’m also not a super-aggressive rider–I ride pretty easy.

What’s important to me is traction, durability against punctures, longevity, and good control in a variety of conditions. All this in a single set of tires. A few questions from my research:

* Radials? Are they worth the extra weight/cost?
* Tread. I want a tread that won’t beat me up on the smooth stuff yet is aggressive enough to get me to the top.
* Mud. Just occasional muddy spots in the trail.
* Submarining through rivers. Uh, no.
* Size. Should I stick with the stock size of 25 x 8/10 x 12?
* Brands I’ve researched so far:
-* ITP Holeshot ATR
-* Kenda Bearclaw
-* ITP Mud Lite (which my local shop is pushing)
-* Maxxis Bighorn

I’m asking for direction because I don’t know which tires are best for my machine and me. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Gracias,
Confused in Utah

STI black diamond tires from CHAPAREL

JUST PASSING THE WORD ALONG. I recently bought a rear set of STI black diamond tires from CHAPAREL out of OHIO and I loved the picture of the tires and was looking forward to receiving them and mounting them. but when they rolled off the back of the UPS truck I was so disappointed and aggravated. they had been shrink wrapped as tight as possible and were totally folded, wrinkled, mangled, twisted, and I wondered if they were even usable. the poorest job of shipping atv tires I’ve ever seen. I had to soak them in a hot tub of water for hours and then strap them up with ratchet straps and prop them up with weights and crap all pushing up around them to try to regain there shape. I was very disappointed and will never buy anything else from chaparell. on the other hand I also bought a front set thru amazon from a trailer supply dealer and they were shipped perfect. two in one box and pulled them out and they looked perfect! couldn’t be more pleased with the ones from amazon and wish I would have bought all of them from there.

Need new snow tires – 2002 Rancher

Proud new owner of first ATV. 2002 Rancher ES 350, 1500 miles. Well cared for. Primarily will use it to plow snow (came with 50" Moose) and ice fishing. Live in Minnesota – plenty of snow. Want to replace the tires without breaking the wife’s budget (actually already did that!). I think I’d like a wider tire than what is on now 24x8x12 Front, 24x9x11 Rear (Bridgestone Dirt Hooks) for deep snow. Will there be any negative effects to going bigger?

4+3 on front

can I use 4+3 offsets for the fronts on a 2015 rancher. Or should I say will they fit because 2015 has bigger brakes than older models.im putting 4+4 on the rear of my irs so I want the front wider

back space

I just bought two wheels off ebay 12×8 with 4 inch back space.i have irs so mine are 12×7.im just wondering will this give me a little wider stance.i hope I didn’t screw up they were new in the box for 26.00
