27″ 6-Ply Kenda Bearclaw Weights…

I bought (4) new 27" Kenda Bearclaw’s for my Polaris Ranger.

Honda Foreman is getting OEM 25" Carlisle 489’s.

The front are 27" x 9" x 12"; weight is 23.8 lbs.

The rear are 27" x 11" x 12"; weight is 27.4 lbs.

They are 6 ply and have 7/8" tall lug height.

I know there is sometime a discrepency between published weights and actual weights, so I figured I’d post them so other can see it.

I got free deliver and the rears were $90 each and the front were $83 each.

I hope others find this information useful.

2006 Honda rancher 350 tires?

Hey guys I have a 2006 Honda rancher 350 and I’m looking to get my self some mud lites. My tire size I have on right now is back: 24-9-11 and front 24-8-12
Can I get 25-10-11 and 25-10-12 or will that not work? And should I go with a wider tire in the back and a less wider one in the front? Plz help

Thank you.

Opinions and reviews wanted

I am in the market for a "all terrain tire" (trail tire). I recently got a set of mega mayhems but they weren’t good for my riding so I sold them. I am down to 3 tires. The maxxis bighorn, Bighorn 2.0, and Kenda bearclaw htr. I do mostly hard pack trails, snow and some pavement. Not much mud so I’m not worried about that. I am also looking into 27-28" tire depending on what tire I go with.

I just picked up some 27" mudlites for the trx, I think the machine should spin them pretty well in mud and muskeg. But I wanted some educated opinions from people that know, what do you all think ?

If the torque isn’t there I could take the 26" swamp lites from my Polaris and swap. But I think the ML may weigh less.
