I just ordered tires and wheels for my rincon from Rocky Mountain. Does this package come with lug nuts? I didn’t see any option or even think about it?

I just bought a 420 rancher IRS DCT EPS and i’m looking at swamp lite tires my cousin has a 2013 with 26x9x12 on front and 26x11x12 on the rear. we put the side by side and his is smaller than my 2015 and I have stock tires. I think with mine being bigger the 26’s will look small. so I was thinking 27’s. what do you guys think. will it take away power or what?
My buddy works at a discount tire, and can get me pretty good deals, plus there is a promotion going on right now making the rims and tires pretty cheap. The tires I’m looking at are the Kenda Executioners. I have seen one person with 8inch wide execs in the front and they said they would have gone 10 in the front if they could do it over again, so I’m looking at 10inch in the front. What I’m wanting to put on is 25x10x12 in the front, and 26x12x12 in the rear. I am REALLY wanting the Vision Lock Out rims, which are 12 inch(tall) rims, and come in 7 inch and 8 inch wide. The 7 inch has an offset of 4+3, and the 8 inch is 4+4. I was told by someone else that I need an 8 inch wide rim for a 10 and 12 inch tire. First, is that correct? And second, would 4+3 or 4+4 work? I really do NOT want spacers at all. Any help is EXTREMELY appreciated!
Went out for some great riding over May long weekend, but had some lugnut issues (AKA some fell off). Stupid rider error, just hadn’t checked them in a couple days after some hard riding.
Thankfully no wheels fell off, but I did sheer off one of the bolts that you thread through the rims and put the lug nuts onto. Never had to replace those before, not even sure what they’re called?
So, question: What are those bolts called, and what replacement size do I require for a 2013 Honda 420?
2nd question: That one rim is a bit "ovaled" in one hole, how much is too much before I need to replace? If the replacement lug nut covers the entire "oval", is that OK to use?
I bought some new GBC XC Master fronts for my quad through discount tire, took them to Walmart to be put on. Told the tire guy exactly how they needed to be facing. Picked them up, didn’t look at them till I went to put them on and it was then I realized he put one on backwards! Now I gotta go back tomorrow and have him fix it.

Last ride I had a rear wheel almost come off. All the lugnuts came loose. Rode a good 8-10 miles Before it happened. My questions is, the holes look a little eaten up. Not horrible, but a few are a little elongated and the bevel on them looks like it’s been eaten a little. I was able to replace the lugnuts and retighten everything.
For those that have been through this, is the wheel still gonna be ok? It’s and ITP ss212 for what it’s worth.
When installing the lug nuts, the socket I use fits inside the hole for the lugnut barley, so I feel as the lugnuts are all center.
Really can’t afford another wheel right now, but have a weekend trip which will be a few hundred miles of riding in a few weeks.
Just wondering what off set this fits. 4/110 12X7 ??
interco had 73 of these on the cosmetic blemished sale for $16 Bucks. Thought that was pretty good. I was thinking a rattle can could fix what ever cosmetic problem it is haha.
