Finally finished! 2.5" spacers on the rear, 1.5" spacers on the front. I put 12" rims and 23" Maxxis Ceros, also snorkeled and air filter relocated with a tribal whip mounted in the rear and red under glow in the front, rear and the interior.
I have a little project i am helping the kids of a friend with.
RZR170 with a bad stuck valve.
I see heads are super cheap for the GY6, which the little research I did tells me is the right one.
Does anyone have a place to recommend for the purchase of the right head?
With my luck, since I am helping someone out no charge, I will invoke Murphy’s law and get the wrong thing at least twice.
Hello all. A little background first. I just bought a 2015 Rzr 170 EFI on friday from a guy that had it since new for about 6 months and only had about 4 hrs on it. We took it out Saturday and it drove flawlessly all day and had no problems. Today (sunday) I decided to wash it and was fairly careful not to get too much water on the electronics and air intakes. After that I cranked it up and let it run for a bit and then took it down the street. As soon as I went to turn it around it started to bog down and not move under throttle. I got it home and it’s been a couple hrs and it still bogs down in all gears and surges and won’t move under it’s own power. Has anybody had this problem and know what it could be? Thanks
Good evening. I have searched and couldn’t find a exact answer so hoping you guys can help. I purchased a 170 for my daughter. Its a 2014. After one trip out I realized we need to snorkel the CVT. I started tearing into it today. I pulled off the factory CVT inlet.outlet tubes and I can see some dried mud/dirt down in there. What is the best way to clean this out? It looks like pulling the case cover off may be difficult if not impossible. Thanks.
