Here’s one of our newest shop cars. This is a 2015 RZR 900 S we’re building as a duplicate to William and John Yokley’s current factory Polaris race cars. They are all running our "Yokley Edition" Arm Kit we’re all working on together this season and it’s a game changer for the S. John Yokley ran the fastest lap at the last GNCC round with this kit and was well in to a win when a hub broke on him so that’s our next project…
This car here also features our new RC1 race cage we’re offering over the phone and soon through our website along with fixed doors, our new RZR 900S Nerf Bars and a custom rear bumper we did off our production fixtures along with an off-the-shelf MX style front bumper.
This car also sports the new Corbeau seats we’re experimenting with currently. We really like them because they are light and low. They’re also much less money than the Sparco’s they compare to.. Additionally, we’re also running our new steering quickener kit along with a detachable Joe’s steering wheel as well.
There’s lots of trick parts on this car we’re still experimenting with for next season but so far this car is already a million times better than the OEM version as far as handling and speed goes. This car still needs some more work to be race ready but we’ll be continuing with it soon and updating this thread as we make progress.
This is my car from last year we built with a full RT product list and lots of other great components like Keizer Wheels, Twisted Stitch Seats, Crow Harnesses, PAC Racing Springs, Trinity Racing, Streamline Brakes, Dynojet, Sirius LED and more. This is 100% a bolted together car with off-the-shelf products. It’s an absolute blast to drive and has proven more than once to be absolutely bullet proof. Just goes to show how much you can do in your own garage with the right products.
This car is about to go under the knife for some "medical weight loss", a new LT kit and some more power, so we thought we’d snap a few pics of her before she becomes "Gears III".
I finally got time to install my RZR XP 900 Walker Evans Edition Springs Replacement Kit, that I got with my Dec. Giveaway win. I had one minor problem where the incorrect adapter rings for the front springs were shipped. But after a quick call, Ben figured out the problem and had the right ones sent my way that day. A couple of days later they arrived and I completed my install. I hope to see how they perform in a couple of weeks when I have a chance to ride again. Ride report to come. Thanks to Racer Tech and their staff for the excellent customer service with my order and for being fortunate enough to have won one of their monthly giveaways.
In honor of those who served this country, we’re offering 10% off our entire store for TODAY ONLY. Just add products to your cart and the discount will automatically be applied. Sale applies to online orders only and ends at midnight tonight.
I have a set of the medium weight springs from Racer-Tech on my XP.
My question is…..what’s the length on the rear main spring?
I’d really like to go with a two or four inch longer spring to help with the rear ground clearance (front is perfect), and not lose the extremely comfortable ride.
I could take the springs off and measure but I was kind of hoping someone on here could give me the length without going thru the trouble.

Our kits are more proven than any other lift kit in the world as the highest quality, most reliable, best handling and possibly most importantly, the safest for CV joints! This release from Racer Tech is no less impressive than any of its predecessors. The Racer Tech XP 900 2" Lift Kit is easy to install, yet the most versatile and highest strength available.
This kit is absolutely perfect for someone who simply wants to improve the geometry of the OEM suspension with a better ride. You can get this by installing the lift then backing off preload on the springs. You can also use this kit with OEM preload to get 2" of lift for just a little more clearance. You can also get around 3" by turning up OEM spring preload or adding our Dual Rate Spring Kit which can be purchased as a BUNDLE and save you 10% on both products.
Installation is simple and fitment is excellent due to professional 3D CAD design by our talented in-house engineers. The final product is a simple yet comprehensive product anyone with a garage and simple tools can install on a Saturday. This kit is made from American steel, laser cut and CNC bent for absolute precision every time.
The Racer Tech RZR XP 900 Lift Kit fits all model XP 900’s including the 4 seat models. It comes powdercoated black with instructions and all the necessary hardware for installation.
