Racer Tech XP 1000 HD FRONT Sway Bars are HERE

What do you get when you put industry leaders like Racer Tech and PAC Racing Springs together? The answer is you get the most advanced racing products available to the UTV industry! This Front Sway Bar is a great example of what experience, quality and excellent resources can get you. RT and PAC have worked for nearly a year developing and testing this system to take all the guesswork out of it for the user and the finished product is a game changer for your RZR XP 1000.

This massive .875" diameter 300M sway bar is the largest front sway bar available today. Meaning better stability, adjustability and true performance. We offer a lifetime warranty on the bar too. This is something we’ve never seen our competitors offer due to the nature of a sway bars use and purpose. However, PAC has perfected the art of sway bar manufacturing and they have never had a failure to date on a UTV.

The RT / PAC Front Sway Bay kit comes as a complete package you can install easily in a few hours. The kit uses a unique mounting system designed by Racer Tech to install directly in to the Racer Tech modular front bumper system. You will need a Gen2 RT front bumper install this sway bar kit. If you already have a Gen2 Front Bumper this kit will bolt right in.

The stability and control of the car is a night and day difference and yet there’s still enough independence in the travel to articulate though the most uneven terrain as proven by Erik Miller of Miller Motorsports in the 2015 King of the Hammers event which he completed using the RT / PAC Front and Rear Sway Bars.

When shopping for sway bars, you always get what you pay for. There are several other front sway bar kits on the market now as well as the OEM XP 1000 Fox Edition now comes with a front sway bar from the factory. Obviously, while were were perfecting our design, the others including Polaris learned the same thing we did; The XP 1000 really benefits from a front sway bar! The problem with the Fox Edition is it’s not nearly enough bar to have much effect. Same goes for all the other bars we’ve seen thus far. They are all extremely small diameter and short. Essentially all our competitors are selling is a modified unit from another vehicle application that is inadequate for the duties of the XP 1000. They are especially inadequate when you switch to long travel or even wider offset wheels. They are essentially selling you a "sugar pill" or placebo. The RT / PAC unit was designed and built from scratch to properly function on a RZR XP 1000 and the difference is noticeable when driving and comparing to our competitors.

Additionally, this system uses massive billet arms with three mounting holes for the connecting links to fine tune the firmness of the sway bar depending on your application. We’ve set the first hole to be a little firmer than stock (about 10-15%) for a comfortable but much more controlled ride. The second hole is comparable to some of the other kits on the market and approximately 25-30% over stock. The final hole is much firmer than stock (about 40-45%) and provides more control than any other bar in the industry. In our testing we’ve found this to be much more desirable than we even originally anticipated. Our competitors don’t know this because they’ve never been able to try it! The Racer Tech RZ3 Mid Travel Kit for RZR 800 is BACK!

It’s back by popular demand!

Racer Tech presents the original RZ3 kit for the RZR 800 with some new twists. This kit was a game changer in GNCC back in 07-10′ before the advent of the RZR XP 900. It was THE kit to have on an 800. We discontinued this kit in 2013 due to lack of interest but in the last six months we’ve been getting enough request for it again that we decided to bring it back to limited production with some changes to help with weight reduction, production costs and ground clearance. The load arms (shock mount arms) remain the same as our original bulletproof design we never had one failure with but we changed the front lower and rear upper arms to a lighter weight tubular design. The front lower now has substantially more ground clearance than the original design and is made from 4130 chromoly.

This +3" suspension kit measures just under 56" wide front and rear with stock offset wheels. This makes the RZ3 kit the only mid travel RZR 800 kit left available on the market to our knowledge. While still providing 12" of true travel front and rear this kit is the ultimate for the hardcore woods drivers and racers. The RZ3 kit was originally designed for the GNCC circuit on the east coast of the US but was quickly defined as a "must have" for anyone who wants a better ride and much better stability. The RZ3 kit utilizes 3/4" heim joints on both the upper and lower front spindle mounts. By eliminating the ball joints, this kit keeps you in the running all season.

Spring Length Question

Just got my springs in the other day for my 2014 800 4. When I put the new springs and spacer on the front shock it’s about an inch longer than my shock housing. The adjusters are all the way up. I am going to have to compress the spring about an inch just to get them on. Does that sound right? I won’t ever have "zero" preload if I do this. Do I have the correct springs. 21001334 is what was sent to me. Spacers and springs are 16" uncompressed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Worth the wait.

I would like to thank all at Racer Tech for such a great product. I installed my RT springs today and went for a ride. The wife said with in minutes that they were worth the wait. I agreed. I set the front at 1/4" preload and the rear at 1/2". My RZRs sat at 13" front and 12" rear with the 2" lift kit. I am very happy with the ride and ground clearance. I’m sure I could crank more preload and get more clearance. I will wait and see if I need to on our trails.
To anyone thinking about getting these springs just do it. You will wonder why you waited.

XP 1000 / RZR 900 WINCH MOUNT Baja Front Bumper

Did the ridge mount for this change design? The video shows the guy just bolting on two simple pieces with a couple bolts through the bumper and two clamps around the frame. the ridge mount pictures looks completely different

btw new to the rzr scene, actually saved an episode of of extreme offroad on spike from about a year ago that featured your products in case I ever got an rzr, i live in wyoming, mi didnt have a clue you were in holland until last week when i picked up my 2015 xp 1000 and looked you up

your products kick some butt
