Touring 1000, drive shaft douches frame

Doing the initial maintenance on my touring 1000 yesterday, I removed the right side foot well and I found what you see in the attached photos… Yep, the front drive shaft is rubbing on a frame piece. It looks like it’s rubbed about half way through the thickness of that bracket already with a little under 400 miles on the odometer. I also have to wonder what kind of undue stresses were put on the front diff and u-joints due to the drive shaft being flexed out of shape before the bracket wore down.

I don’t think this is acceptable on a brand new machine. What do you guys think I should do at this point?

First trip = broken front axle …warranty??

Well my first trip out on an all stock 2015 1000 and I am at 39 miles ,
Front left axle at the tire (knuckle) Broke as I was crossing a creek with a rut in the middle of it. Water was about as deep as the tires. Is this something to expect often and isnitnpossible warranty will cover this item? I ended up getting stuck because I was left to have 3 wheel drive.

I had to finish the ride back to the truck and during that it ripped the cv boot .

Just curious if any one had this covered under warranty or if they think it’s an abused item? If it’s not covered what’s a good axle to replace these Chinese things , I came across cobra axles ?

I tried searching and didn’t find any clear information with in the scrambler threads.

Does the 2015 Scrambler 1000 have a factory glacier pro mount?

So when I bought my scrambler I paid the dealer to install the mount under on my scrambler for the glacier pro plow system. Now it seems I won’t be using it until next season but when I looked it doesn’t seem that the mount went on my scrambler. Here is a pic of the frame that attaches to the mount and a pic of under my scrambler now I know I’m a noob at this stuff but I don’t see where the plow from attaches. Anyone see?

30 inch silverback are not a tough tire

got about 150 km on my silverback 30 inch-11 inch and 9 inches in front. They are bulging everywhere, I’m running 9 pounds in them, they told me to run 12 pounds because they crack so I ran 12 pounds and they started bulging, now I’m running 9 in them 1 front lug cracked and still bulging, never did any high speed with them

be warned

Condensation in 1 head lamp, not a manufacture defect?

So, I stored my bike in a cold storage for the winter, went and pick it up and on the left side the head lamp is moist from inside small bubbles of water on the inside of the lens, right side is completely fine, I called the dealer and tell him about it, he said, that is not a manufacture defect, so ask him to price me one out 180$ lol?

anyways I had that happen to me before on sled and cars and they were all covered under warranty, what do you guys think? is he fucking with me?
