Tore the bottom a-arms off, replaced bushings and ball joints.
The top ones – WTF??? The bolts won’t come out because they interfere with a bracket on top of the diff. Do I need to take the power steering unit off to get the a-arm bolts out???

I’m installing the power commander 5 and auto tune in my scrambler and I need to know which cylinder is #1 and which is #2 I’m assuming the front would be #1 but I’d like to make sure first. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
I’m looking for info about the scramblers front diff. I need to remove it to change out the sprague carrier and want to know if theirs a way of getting it out without pulling the eps out?
I’ve tried both rear racks available for this 2015 scrambler.
The first one is a slide over the stock rack and is held on by two lock and go things.
The second rack doesn’t even come close to fitting. Also the second one says it for a trailboss also.
The dealer ordered these for me saying they would fit.
I’m looking for a direct replacement my of the stock rack that is a little wider and doesn’t have those sharp wedges at the front of it.
Hi, running a 5" outkast lift on my scrambler with cobra axles. Can’t seem to keep cv boots in one piece. Can anyone help me fix this or lead me in the right direction as to what is causing this? Thanks
I have a 3" backwoods lift on my Scrambler 1000, and disappointed so far with the Rhino axles. Fronts bind at full droop, and rears tore the inner boots wide open within 10 miles.
Is there a better boot replacement?
Also, what seems to be the best axle for articulation? Are the Turners worth the extra $$?
Doing the initial maintenance on my touring 1000 yesterday, I removed the right side foot well and I found what you see in the attached photos… Yep, the front drive shaft is rubbing on a frame piece. It looks like it’s rubbed about half way through the thickness of that bracket already with a little under 400 miles on the odometer. I also have to wonder what kind of undue stresses were put on the front diff and u-joints due to the drive shaft being flexed out of shape before the bracket wore down.
I don’t think this is acceptable on a brand new machine. What do you guys think I should do at this point?
