The Bad
The buggy does not currently have awd. The input shaft in the transmission must be broken as the driveshaft spins freely in gear, *This was broken before the rzr was torn down but we did not know. (thought the front diff was bad causing the front wheels not to engage. I am selling it as is, not sure what parts are needed and how difficult it will be to get the tranny out. *A new transmission might be needed, not sure if polaris will sell individual parts for it.

The buggy will flat out climb and handles amazing at speed. No SXS compares to these chassis. Feels comfortable and very safe. I have not rode much since it was complete as I have been busy on my farm and no time to work on the buggy or ride.

2011 RZR 900 XP Rock/Trail Crawler $14,000

Located in Northern California near Roseville

2011 Polaris 900 XP
2,856 miles 245 hours
I am the original owner, I purchased it from a local Polaris dealer and have made improvements to the machine since it was new. I am an experienced welder and fabricator that has built and worked on all types of off road and on road machines. With that experience and lots of tools I built this RZR to be strong and dependable. With each modification I made I took into consideration that my wife and I would be regularly riding alone way out in the wilderness. So I took the time to do the research to find and eliminate any possible weakness or problem that Polaris built. And I addressed each and every one of those with after market parts or hand fabricated parts that I made.
This RZR has been awesome, I have never rolled it or wrecked it and it literally goes anywhere! I regularly drive it on the Rubicon and Fordyce trails, it easily walks through those trails much faster than a Jeep or Buggy can. I have taken it to Moab, Utah and it did incredibly well there as well. In the winter (when we get snow) I take it on snow runs with buggies on 40" plus tires and it keeps up and can do much steeper climbs than them. With the 32" tall tires it’s top speed is 77 mph, with 28" tires I have gotten 88 mph out of it. There are no major problems with this RZR, it has the regular scratches and minor defaults from being enjoyed on the trail. This RZR is set up perfectly and I am only selling it to get a larger RZR.
I have taken care of this RZR with regular servicing and oil and filter changes. I would not hesitate to jump in this machine and go on any of the above mentioned trails alone. This is a strong, dependable machine, and I have taken pride in my craftsmanship in making it so!

I am only interested in selling it, no trades and no low ballers or scammers or time wasters.

Roll Cage:
-Custom Expedition Style with built in rear bumper (5" lower than stock height)
-Tubing: DOM 1.75"x.120"
-Ruff Stuff Bung adapters
-1/4" thick steel plate used to bolt to frame
-3/8" grade 8 bolts used to attach to frame
-Polished Aluminum roof .060" thick
-Factory A-post eliminated and replaced with custom heavy duty units

Tires and Wheels:
-32" STI Roctane XD tires -best all round tire on the market
-14×7 GMZ Lite Lock true bead lock wheels -some of the strongest/lightest wheels
-1" Slasher Aluminum wheel spacers on front

Suspension Upgrades:
-Makin Trax Progressive Rate Springs front and back -much softer and smoother ride than factory springs.
-Zbroz Racing Heavy Duty upper radius rods
-Zbroz Racing High clearance heavy duty lower radius rods
-Front suspension is all custom and nearly unbreakable in design for a RZR. It is built out of 1"x2"x.120" tubing.
-Upper A-arms have been converted to a double bolt and double shear design, making them much stronger than the stock single bolt single shear design.
-Lower A-arms are high clearance with skid plates and are 2" forward, allowing more tire clearance and higher ground clearance. The pivot points are Delrin bushings and they pivot on 1/2" grade 8 bolts now instead of factory 10mm bolts.
-To eliminate the weak factory ball joints both upper and lower A-arms use high quality 3/4" Teflon lined FK heim joints that are rated for over 28,000 lbs breaking strength. These are the size you would see on a full size rock crawler.
-Blue Torch Fabrication built heavy duty spindle pins out of 4140 Chrome moly steel to adapt to the 3/4" heim joints. These spindle pins are the strongest ones available.

-Titan S3 Heavy Duty Axles and CV’s in the front
-Super ATV Rhino Heavy Duty Axles and CV’s in the rear
-Super Winch Terra 4,500 lb. wide spool winch with synthetic rope and aluminum hawse and rubber stopper. This is the widest spool winch you can mount on a RZR 900 which allows the most cable/rope storage for long pulls. To date this has been my favorite and quietest winch I have ever used or owned. I have pulled full size rock crawlers back onto their wheels after they have rolled. I have never been able to get this winch to stall out, it just keeps pulling!
-KFI winch plate frame brace installed to hold winch
-Carrier Bearing on front prop shaft has been upgraded to a heavy duty greasable solid steel pillow block.
-Front prop shaft yokes have been cut off and re-welded in phase, the way Polaris should have done it. This reduces vibration/sound while in AWD.

-7 LED 3 watt each lights installed for Rock Lights for night wheeling.
-Factory headlamps removed for race car look, they where completely useless after installing the LED light bar.
-Additional wiring, switch, fuse and relay in place for future lighting
-2 High Performance aftermarket batteries. Factory Polaris battery has 400 Cold Cranking Amps. Each of these batteries has 800 CCA for a combined total of 1,600 Cold Cranking Amps. That’s almost twice what my truck has!!!

Interior Upgrades:
-RZR 1000 seats installed
-UTV Inc seat lowering bases installed to lower the center of gravity

2012 Turbo 900 RZR For Sale

Original Owner extremely well taken care off. Upgraded K&T Turbo with billet wheel. Motor has been upgraded with CP forged pistons, ARP head studs, Z1 STM clutches, Clutch guard, Lighted whip, Big CBR Radiator (no over heating) iTi rear view mirror, Cognito shocks,Turner Axles, Soft roof and complete cylinder designed for boost(o’ringed). The head has been ported. The motor was pulled apart last season and head was checked and redone to keep the reliability with valves, etc. I run 110 vp race gas all the time. The boost is set at 12-15 pounds. as a dial a boost which I do not make a habit of racing it however, it will out run a Z1 car easily. I set it up for the dunes and wanted the extra power/reliability. Turn key, ready for a new home. No low ballers please. I am putting it in at a fair price of 13,500.00 with out paddles. The car has never been in the dirt only dunes so the factory big horns are like new.
I will make sure the ride is serviced for the new owner.
