Polaris outlaw 50 issues cranking

I have a 2013 outlaw 50 i purchased for my son, the atv has ran fine until recently and was used frequently. Now when you try to start it all is does is spin over and never fires, you have to continue and continue and clean the plug a couple times and fires and runs fine afterwords, and during that period you can turn it off/on and it starts back fine. Then when you let it sit overnight and go to crank it the next day you experience the same issue of taking the plug out and cranking and cranking on it. I have cleaned the carb jets look good, changed plugs, i am getting spark but ongoing issues, any suggestions or anyone had this problem, any thoughts??? issues with valves sticking? not enough fire?

08 525s jetting problem

I have a full Yoshi exhaust. after market airbox (fmf) with uni 2stage filter. I had already had a "42" main jet so I went up a size to the 46 after my upgrades and now she flooding. whats the largest size I can go with these parts? im not sure what the stock size was. I got it from craigslist. help me out.

outlaw 500 fuse box?

I bought an outlaw 500 and i was wanting to know if anyone on here knows if the fuse box comes with the main wiring harness? my four wheeler did not have one on it when we bought it. also does anyone have any ideas on why it would not get spark other than not having a fuse box. we have changed the stator and the coil and have attempted to reset the timing (pain in the butt) hopefully we got it right hard to find a good pic of the timing marks for the outlaw and dont have a repair manual for it. if anyone can help me please do.

Setting up for trail riding?

I have a chance to buy a fully working 07 525 for $1,500. I am wondering how these bad boys hold up on trail riding. Hatfield McCoy trail type stuff some hills, some mud, few rocks by far nothing extreme… But there will be moments I am sure when I think if only this was 4×4.

I’ve never owned a racing quad nor has anyone that I know that rides. At this point everyone just keeps repeating a racing quad will be stuck all the time and won’t go anywhere. I say what if I buy trail/mud rated tires for back. Nope still isn’t going to go like a 4×4. I know its not a 4×4 but I still believe a set of good tires this bad boy will get me there.

FS – Race Tech G3-S Piggyback Shocks for 525 IRS models.

Hey all, I am new on this site but I have been frequenting a few other outlaw sites in the past.

I decided to sell my Outlaw but I wanted to sell the shocks so that someone who deserves them could have a nice ride. It took me years to save up the money for these but I am going to part with them.

For sale – Race Tech G3-S Piggyback shocks with compression/rebound adjusts. This is front and back for the IRS model only. No leaks, working perfectly. 4 years old now but lightly used due to having 4 kids and a needy wife.

Asking $1000.00 plus shipping. These made my quad so enjoyable to ride. I think they are priced just right.

First race

I have an 08 outlaw525s that I bought a few months ago. It’s basically all stock except for a JD jet kit. I plan on racing it in a couple weeks,drags and hill climbs. Any advice on what I should use for jetting ? Temps will be in the 90’s under2000 ft altitude. Also for the drags I was thinking going up a tooth on front sprocket and loosening the preload on front shocks to lower front end. I’ll be running against mostly trx450’s and a built banshee
