Spark problem
Tried searching this problem but no such luck.
rode one weekend , next weekend would not start with starter which was turning it over. could pull or push start it. checking spark I noticed that turning the red stop switch to off then to run I would get 1 spark then nothing.
2006 Outlaw 500. any help is appreciated.

’07 Outlaw 500 clutch
Im thinking that because it seems to have less power in the gears than it did even with a worn out original clutch. Maybe some of its in my head but it seems to me like something needs adjusting.
Theres really no way to screw up the actual clutch disc replacement itself so I doubt its something in there.
How do I adjust the clutch? I see that the cable is threaded on the clutch lever- is that what I need to play with? If so do I need to tighten it or loosen it?
The original clutch was smoked and I had trouble with it in first and reverse and it couldn’t climb a hill in first anymore. Now it fires up and goes fine in either gear.

on this weekend and onse I got it in position it looked like it was made to go on upside down. the company logo was facing outwards and upright on the thing so naturally I assumed it went on that way. guess not!!! I know they use the same one for the 500 outlaw as well as the 525, so im guessing it goes on one way for the 500 and another way for the 525!!?? ill figure it out next week I guess. but id appreciate any feed back.
Help, is my 525 Stock?
I did re-gear it to 15/37, and I do have a FMF Power Core 4 Slip On with the Air Box Lid Removed!
I have raced two 400ex, one with the 440 Big Bore Kit. Nonetheless I spanked them both, really bad! I raced a 450R with a pipe and K&N, I spanked it pretty bad to. This was before I changed my gear ratio, and removed my air box lid!
I beat that same 450R on my Brothers 500 Predator, which I can beat by a school bus length. My brothers Predator has by far been the most Challenging, he has air filter removed, Pro Circuit T4 Slip On, and even put 110 Octane Racing Fuel in his Predator. I was running regular 87 gas, and could still beat him buy at least a vehicle length. Is this normal, I am probably at least in the 80’s?
I have went to 93 Octane Gas now… I also have a few people wanting to race me on there LTR450’s, but I think i’ll beat them (or at least be close). Certainly don’t think they’ll smoke me, like I have done everything I have raced!
Opinions? The Head Gasket seemingly looks like this quad may have been rebuilt in the past, could it have a high compression piston (and you reckon I need to jet mine) seen some issues with that- but mine seems to be screaming pretty loud?

2016 Outlaw 110 Leaking Gas
Last weekend we took it out the thing started leaking gas out of the overflow tube. It was running out fast like it was a siphoning so we shut it off and stopped using it.
I took it in and the dealer just said the external vent tube was routed wrong so I went and picked it back up. First thing I noticed was that he routed it out into the wheel well where it now will get dirt kicked up into it which I wasn’t happy about.
I got it home and there was gas all over the bed of my truck and just sitting on flat level ground in the drive way with the engine off it starts leaking again. I think the sun is heating the tank enough to cause a slight pressure to build up in the tank and force the gas out the over flow tube.
Last time I filled the tank I noticed a tube inside the tank that looked out of place. I mentioned that to the dealer and they kind of blew me off and said it’s not that. I am wondering if that tube is supposed to be stuck to the top of the inside of the tank to act like a vent but fell in and now is acting like a siphon.
Any one have a similar issue that might be able to help me out?
