I’m victim of the ol’ no spark, no fun problem on my 99 magnum 500. I’m trying to swap my ignition coil for another to see if that would help but unfortunately, I can not remove the white-blue plug from the coil…
I pried, pulled, shook swore and now all that I have left is cut. Before I make a commendable mistake, does anyone have any clues or tips on how to safely remove the coil from that wires grasp?
Here’s my 2000 Magnum 325 the day I brought it home. Plastic is pretty worked over, planning a over service, brakes, set of wheels, and Plasti Dip the body work.
need help. I’m wanting to run a snorkel on my Polaris magnum 425 4×4. I need to know what all lines i need to extend up to the handlebars? And how everyone else ran theirs to. I know there ain’t much room to run anything
When trying to start it up it makes the grinding sound. Not "the clicks" and not the sound of "trying to turn over but not". Sounds like the starter is not engaging. Any advise?
i’m working buddies 02 500 rmk it has bad cdi box,
i can’t find the born on date sticker. seems that they have one for thru ser#02-02357 and ser#02-02358 and higher, what ser# are they talking about?
any help would be appreciated
I have searched all over this board looking for an answer to my question but i can’t find it…I might have overlooked it or didn’t search right or something….I recently purchased a 98 magnum 4×2 in somewhat running condition for 200 bucks….The carb was pouring fuel out of it and when i took it apart someone had broken the tabs that hold the float….broken one of the bulbs off the float and in half….and glued it back in place….needless to say it didnt work to hot so i ordered a new carb off the guy on ebay for 125….amazingly cheap but someone on here posted they had good luck with it so i bought it….my question comes down to this….I am by no means a rich person….and as such the carb is a big hit to my finances….Now when i bought it the air cleaner box is there ….no filter and no lids and no nuts….problem is no longer made/very expensive….is there some sort of replacement for the air box such as a clamp on filter? What do i do with the two vent lines going into the air box?….any help is appreciated….

Hello guys I’m going to buy a magnum 325 4×4 on Monday and I am wondering what mods I should do I will be using the quad for mudding so I’m thinking any power mods like exhausts or snorkels and tires please leave links below thanks
Hi All,
New to site. Thanks in advance. I cleaned the carb on a friends 95 polaris magnum 425 and I am having an issue.
I did a good clean-out on the carb, keeping close check on parts and location of said parts. Hooked it all back up and it starts just fine. The problem is that it starts wide-open and stays that way, even with the throttle disconnected.
I have taken the darn thing apart and put it back together 3 times, checking the parts diagram while doing it. I just can’t figure out where I went wrong and could use some help or suggestions on the subject.
Again, thanks in advanced.
I have used Polaris oil filters on my 2006 magnum 330 since I bought it new. Does anyone have a list of part numbers for other brands…I believe there are cheaper filters than the $12(I pay $10 with a discount) Polaris brand.
