Just picked it up today! Got it dressed up in some BRP accessories from the dealer. Loving the ride, power steering, and the power 🙂
This XMR has the BRP Fox podium shocks and man they ride nice!! Also have the aluminum tappered bars, wrap around hand guards with black and yellow defectors, Brp hand and thumb warmers, XT Rear bumper, also had the dealer install the maverick xmr heavy duty cvt belt in it.
Loving the bike so far!
I grew up riding my dads can ams, currently he was a Outlander max I think 400 and I really don’t know the year.
I am looking to buy myself a renegade, I am not sure which model yet, I liking the 500 just cause I don’t need to go fast, and i like to cruise fire roads and such. I am also considering the outlander 650.
I will keep you all posted and thank you for having me to the forum!
OH we ride Hole Creek, and also have some land just before Yosemite outside of Groveland.
I bought my Outlander XT 1000 2 weeks ago and could not be happier!!! :th_smiliedance:
The power and ride are second to none and the power! WOW Did I mention the power its a beast of fun. Looking forward to reading tips, tricks and mods everyone is doing When I’m not riding that is. :aniwheeler6:
What’s up guys, happy to be part of the forum! I ride a 2011 Renegade 800 sitting on 14" sti hd3’s wrapped with 28" mega mayhems, RJWC slip on with a dobeck 3.5 rjwc tuner and many minor upgrades, I couldn’t figure out how to post so I’ll just ask you guys here lol. I noticed a bunch of grease on my rim after my last ride and couldn’t tell where it came from so I wiped it off and went out again and it turned out the grease is coming from my ball joint, does it need replacing?
I FINALLY was able to pull the trigger and buy my tav yesterday. After a long 2 year wait, I started seriously looking to buy a few months ago. I originally wanted to get a Can Am Outlander Max XT, but quickly started looking at other brands (namely a KQ 750 AXI EPS, and a Rubicon DCT EPS) because of the price. I got a price on a KQ from Heinen’s in MN that was VERY good delivered ($7899) but I wanted to stay fairly local (I live in Port Chester NY so I was looking at dealer stock in Mamaroneck NY, Stamford CT and Danbury CT). The pricing out the door on the KQ and Rubicon was high ($10,733 for the KQ out the door…$10,414 for the Rubicon), and one dealer in particular I felt was jerking me around by basically demanding I come in to work down the emailed price I had received form them. I was in Waterbury CT last week, and decided to stop in to Land n Sea Power Sports to see what they had in stock for atv’s. When I was done talking to Bob, I was sold. What a refreshing change to what I had been through with the dealer up the road. He quoted me a price out the door for a Outlander Max 650 XT that was unbeatable. I was able to get a legal 2-up tav out the door for less than the cost of a winch I was going to buy for the KQ.
Bob gave me the color choice of yellow or brushed aluminum…I took the brushed aluminum (which was still in the crate). Out the door $10,837 tax included…no other fees. I highly recommend Land n Sea Power Sports if you are in CT and in the market for a Can Am.
New to the site, Hello from British Columbia. bought a 2014 Outlander 2up in April 2014. Really enjoy it, the only problem i have just noticed is one tail light was burnt out, when I was going to replace bulb, I noticed the light socket and the lense was starting to melt, 7258 bulb from factory, updated to 1157 LED.
