Been a can am (2004) quest xt owner for several years. Getting into some repairs and would love the help and expertise from the experts here. Especially since i am a very average mechanic at best, but like to do my own work:th_smiliewavey:
I bought a Can Am 500 DPS over a year ago. I have been very happy with it until recently when it started missing. I thought it was maybe an injector or solenoid in the fuel system so I took it back to the shop. It was a fouled spark plug!?
Anyway, I realized how much I depend on the ATV while it was gone so I’m happy to have it back.

My fiance is looking at getting me the new Outlander L Xmr 570.He has a Honda Rancher 420,so I have been use to riding and driving the 420,never been on any type of can-am.
I want to know the pros and cons about the outlander L Xmr 570.
Also I have researched a little about the exhaust over heating the plastics. What after market exhaust would be recommended to put on to keep from overheating?
And what winch would be recommended as well?
Interested in what everyone has to say ! 😆
Thank you,
Brittaineay ❤😉

New member from Marine City, Michigan. Relatively new to Can Am ATV’s but not Ski-Doo or Sea Doo. Just recently upgraded a couple new ATV’s to our family. So far are very happy with our decision to go with Can Am. We picked up the 2016 Outlander L 570 w/BRB heated grips and 2011 Outlander XT 400. Look forward to all the info the site provides. Thanks.
