communication failure /transmission fault

Anyone ever have code thrown that says communication failure /transmission fault? This happen to me earlier when I was replacing a rocker switch for a light bar! It’s a 2014 can am renegade 500. The dealership said it could be a dead battery but just trying to see if any one had the same issue or not. Thank you for any help you can provide

2010 commander 650 xtp blown injector fuse

Evening all, went out riding today and my wheeler died. Before dieing the check engine light, the check DPs warning, and a low battery amp warning came on. After checking the battery terminals and trying to jump it off, I checked the fuse box. The injector fuse was blown. Replaced the 5a fuse with another 5a and jumped the wheeler, it started right up. Ran about 15 minutes and died again, same thing happened 3 times. I’m at a loss and not sure where to start troubleshooting. Also, put a brand new battery in it this morning before taking it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Big salute from Quebec

Hey everyone, was looking around for the past weeks for a new bike.

So far every time i needed info, best info i found it was on here so figured might subscribe and introduce myself. Basically I’ve haven’t been riding for years. Now well the wife decided to see if she would enjoy a quick ride.

Long story short was able to rent a Renegade 800R… She was instantly hooked (hurray) So now we’re seriously looking into getting ourselves some Can-Am’s . Started shopping around and when we ended up at our nearest BRP dealer. The Miss’s fell in love with the all new Outlander L XMR 570.

Could use some help to find out the machine that would suit me well and what not. Also curious to see if they’re a few people living in my Area.
