I’m about to dip some RZR 900 plastics and wanted to read up a little on them. Looking forward to learning a few things in the future.

Sorry for another new guy post. I am from BC canada and will be picking up my new ride on Monday or Tuesday next week. But I have a question. I went in looking at a bone stock 2015 xp1000, then the sales guy tried to upgrade me to one that has a protection package (which wouldn’t be so bad) BUT now he is pushing me on a left over 2014 xp1000 that is bone stock with 3km on it. I have never really had a salesman push me to spend less money before. Is their a reason this machine was left over ? Is their anything major that happened from 14 to 15 ? It has the updated cvt cover and spare belt. But other then that it’s about 2k cheaper and bone stock.

I’m a new member, do not have a ride as yet but looking forward to reading up on rzr’s here so I can make a well thought out decision. I’m turning the big 60 this summer & would like to have many trouble free miles of off road RZR fun. Probably looking @ the 570 I’m 6’2 & long in the tooth, would you have any recommendations for me. Thanks
