Ive read many threads saying that their rzr 1000 has a clunking when hitting bumps and that its the sway bar bolts being loose. So I checked them and they are all tight. I had the rzr to shop all they could find wrong was a u joint and the carrier bearing. But the noise is still there. I dont exactly know how to explain the noise other then to me it just feels like something is loose when hitting bumps. To me it sounds like its in the front but its hard to say because u can feel it in whole buggy im stumped can anyone help me out with this annoying noise!?

I’ve had my Polaris sportsman 500 for about 2 1/2 years. Don’t have to many people who are available to go with me, so still learning.:ride: Have flipped 3 times for various reasons 2 were from lack of skill I’m pretty sure. But I am not deterred.:ok:

Great site here, so I thought id join. I just got the new XP Turbo and I’m loving it. this is my 2nd RZR. Had a 2013 800 S and loved that machine. A few weeks ago I was at the dunes with a buddy and he finally talked me into driving his 2014 XP 1000…and yea, you can guess it from there. Put my name on a orange turbo that was due in at the local dealer. Picked it up on Thursday , put a roof on it and some tunes. Took the wife out for some mountain riding yesterday for a good start on a good break in. We went 114 flawless miles. Everything checked good every stop. This thing has incredible power and I haven’t seen it all yet. only pushed it up to 7000 RPM a few times on the way back out and can’t wait to give her some WOT!!! Going to head down to little Sierra for labor day. Can’t wait:ok:
