JL Steath Box

Has anyone installed the JL stealth box that goes behind the glove box?? I’m debating if i want to get one of these and the SSV box for behind by back seat and put the same JL woofer in it so I have a pair that isn’t taking up any bed space in my machine. If anyone has any other options for sub installation I’m definitely open to new ideas! Cheers!!

LED wiring harness extra protection?

I am getting ready to run the wiring harness from the front bumper LED light I got last week to the battery/dash (on/off switch) and was thinking before I start is this split plastic tubing a good idea. I’m unsure if any of you wrap your harnesses inside this for any extra protection.

When I receive my LED roof mount in about a week, I will then run that wiring harness from the roof area to the battery. I see most use plastic ties to secure to the roll bar but unsure again, if any use this plastic tubing below that.

Cheap LED accent/rock lighting (flexible)

I was looking at COB led lights for a worklight project and came across these flexible and waterproof LED strips that use around 6W. They should be plenty powerful for rock lights. They are originally made for the automotive aftermarket community, but I thought they would be nice under the fenders of the RZR especially since they are flexible and can contour to the fender. They use 12V, so they should be plug and play. At only 6W, you wouldn’t really need a relay. They’d also probably work well for overhead lighting and maybe could be zip tied to the cage?

They are 25cm each (around 10in) and only cost $16 for a pair shipped prime.

Of course they are chinese brand so who knows how long they will hold up. I’m going to order a set of those.

I also found these:

They look like a super cheap alternative to accent and rock lights and they come in different colors. I’ll pick up a set of those as well and see how they do. May need a dab of silicone to waterproof them.

Anyone use these before?

Rock Lights/Strobes

Anyone know a good kit with small water proof LED’s that i could mount in my wheel wells or behind my grill for night riding?? I know they make them that strobe too. I asked some A-hole about his at the park i ride at but he was a douche and told me he wasn’t going to tell me where he got his cuz he wanted his machine to be the only one like that……douchey in my opinion. So, any ideas??????

Stock Turn Signals

In another post in the 900s forum I had brought up the idea of using the stock tail lights for turn signals and as the picture shows they are built for it other than the wire for the signal connected to the pin connector. Well now I am progressing in my quest and now it’s time to find the right pin to swap out the plug that is there now. My question then is there anybody here that can help me identify the pin type, size, name? so that I can (with a little help from my friends) sound somewhat knowledgeable regarding automotive electrical connectors. And maybe also if this particular type of connector requires special tools. Thanks for any info

2016 Rzr 570 eps trail

Ok, I bought 4 LED Fog lights I’d like to install to my 2016 rzr 570 eps trail. I would like to use the factory switch to operate the fog lights. I would like to splice the wires from the front lights and attach the wire of the fog lights to them. My question is what colour is the wire on the high beam lights. I’d like to install it so the fog lights only turn when I turn on the high beam switch?
Anybody else done this before?
Pictures and detailed help would be greatly appreciated. I’m new here and not quite sure what I’m doing 100%.
Thank you
