Decided I needed a light bar finally. I didn’t want to dish out a ton of cash so I gave these people a try.

I didn’t want to mount on the roof so I got a small 14" bar to mount up front with the intentions of making my own brackets but ended up using the ones that came with it and mounted it on the bottom of our EMP metal framed windshield.

Hey guys,
I’ve seen quite a few questions recently asking how to wire accessories,
I recommend using a relay for each accessory,
Heres how its done;

Notes on this schematic,
1…Ignition powers the holding coil in the relay thru
a switch, this does two things, (A) once the ignition is
turned off the accessory will be powered down, no chance
of a accessory being left on. (B) The holding coil only
draws approx 150ma so the draw on the ignition circuit
is negligible.
Of course the accessory is also controlled with the switch.

2… Looking at the wire chart below 12 gauge wire in most
cases will work for our UTV needs.

3…I fuse each individual relay and accessory, for example
I have two light bars, each one has a relay and is fused separately.

4… See below for a pic of the relay depicted in this schematic,
these relays can be purchased all day long on ebay for $2.

5…I crimp, solder and heat shrink all connections.

6…These relays are considered "N/O" (normally open)
once the relay is powered it then closes.

Anyone ever try this setup? Have several RR helmet kits and I would like try one an open face helmet. Is there a way to mount the boom mike and have it adequately supported? Just thinking this through before I spend money on another helmet.

Do you need to run power from your battery to the acc switch under the hood of the razor 1000? If so, what type of wiring should I use? Also do you run the positive to the "bat" and the negative to the "gnd"? Also any hints anyone can provide would be appreciated. Also what is the acc for there is something connected to it.

This was a little over $300 when I bought it. It was bought last May, but has very little use. I haven’t rode my rzr at all this year due to a full cage build. This will no longer work for me.

It has a dual radio with a waterproof cover. The radio has CD/AM/FM/USB/SD with 6.5" marine speakers. The overhead console has LED dome lights and it all works good. Everything is wired, just run a power and ground, mount the box and go.

$200 plus the ride (probably $20) or local pickup. Located in Eldorado, IL. Willing to trade for all the clutch tools for my 900XP (puller, vice block, and the 2 sockets):redrzr::redrzr:
