alright guys i need some help, i am trying to figure out the best way to wire dual batteries. i already have 2 batteries and a battery isolator (which doesn’t seem to work very well) i have my engine and power steering on the crank battery(1 battery) i have a over stereo(ssv works) 32" dbl row cree led light bar and a winch on the 2nd battery, the problem i just recently had while out muddin was my winch kept losing power. the batteries stay on a tender none stop while at the house, i have heard some say to get rid of the isolator and wire direct to the crank battery but i dont want to get stranded. any help would be greatly appreciated

Ive got the winch all bolted up now I need to wire it up.
I rant the positive wire up the tunnel and was going to ground to the accessory bar, which is powered from the battery.
If I mount the contactor under the dash on the firewall,will all the wires go through the hole? Does the wireless receiver just get mounted next to thge contactor? I’m thinking of mounting the switch to the left of the steering wheel on the dash so I can stand outside the rzr and work the switch.
Any one care to post pics of they’re installed winch components and how you tapped into the wiring?
Also,does anyone have a link to a direct plug in replacement for the toggle switch? I don’t like company logos on my stuff.

Everyone has lighted whips, I want something different. Like a revolving or flashing light on the roof or anything but whips. I just hate worrying about the whips through the trails. Any ideas obviously would still like the safety factor of whips but just brainstorming for something different.

Would need to be low profile or something.

figured I would post up a few shots of my new system.
consists of 4 6.5 Kickers and 2 6×9 Kickers powered by a Planet Audio 500 watt bluetooth amp and I gotta say it sounds great!

box fabrication and speaker placement, the box is 1/2 mdf with 4 chambers. one for each 6×9 and one for each pair of 6.5’s.


and spacers added for the 6×9’s I wanted to keep the box as shallow as possible. so I decided adding spacers for them was the best way to go.

covered the box in a layer of fiberglas epoxy.

and the final product with a top coat of truck bedliner (spray can type) I did a skim coat of bondo to fill in the imperfections in the fiberglas gell. it still needs another coat of bed liner sprayed on it.

and finally installed. it is bolted directly to the roof instead of trying to mount it to the cage.

Looking to add rear connectors to the backs of all my carling contoura switches. They use Packard 630 terminals. Has anyone else done this and if so what crimper do you recommend? I used needle nose before on some Delphi weather pack connectors but am looking for a better option.

Im researching for some decent tunes in my RZR. I like good sounding music as I have custom stereos in all my toys. It looks like the SSV glovebox is basically my only option as I have an XPT4. I want the best sounding sub in that enclosure. Im looking at putting a Wetsounds Stealth 6 in the front and a 10 in the rear. Is their sub any good? It looks like the specs show it is a free air design. If I run their HT1 and a 2 ohm sub it will be at 600w. Anyone hear one? Or something better? Thanks

The certifications Ive seen are rosh,emark,ip67,ip69k,sgs????? Whatever that means.
I thought about buying a bunch and re-selling them here in the states:).
You can buy 1,or thousands,or anywhere in between.
Is this where some of the sellers here get there lights?
It reminded me of ebay-you can find pretty much anything you search for.
