I have purchased the POLARIS BACKUP AUXILIARY BATTERY KIT (P/N 2878206) and I’m having trouble installing due to very poor illustrations and confusing instructions.
Would anyone happen to have a wiring schematic or better instructions on how to install this device? Better yet, a video instruction for electrically challenged dudes like me.
I have two RZR 800’s – a 2011 and a 2014. Trying to install the kit in the 2011 first, then if successful, will purchase another for the 2014.

I have a 12" light bar, 4 led cubes, CD player/4speakers, winch, whip..
Currently have one battery and wires everywhere… Pretty sure nothing is fused or relayed… I have ordered a kinetik hc600 and isolater kit for 2nd battery and I want it rewire everything for much cleaner and safer install…. I’ve read a lot on fuse blocks… What is the best one that u all use? 6 or 12? Also what else should I need with wiring it all…
The isolater go from battery to battery, + to + and – to -,
Then run power from from accessory battery to the fuse block?
Then run wire from fuse block to switch that controls each accessory?
I could use as much help with this as you all want to give… Do I need relays? Or anything? I’ve also seen people talking about keyed power and key off power… I’d like to be able to have CD player and maybe light bar on with key off at times
Has anyone installed a grill or guard on their subwoofer? I just put my ssv works 10" enclosure under the dash of my 2012 XP 900. It looks like a perfect target for someone’s foot …

Just picked up a 2015 xp1k and am trying to figure out what I want to do for tunes on this one. Has anyone used rear overhead pods like the ssv ones with a full back window and a roof? Trying to see if it’ll work and not hit me or the passenger in the helmet.
So my girl told me that she wants to buy me a sound system for the rzr for my birthday but she wants my input to make sure I get the one I want. I’ve done a bit of research but it is tough when you live in an area where not too many people have RZR’s, let alone ones with sound systems for me to hear.
I don’t need a full blown concert hall on wheels – I’m looking for a good quality, well rounded sound, loud enough to be audible while ripping around. I doubt that I would ever expand the system beyond what she gets me.
I have been eyeing up both the wetsounds 10 and the ssv works overhead 4 speaker system. I know the wetsounds is lacking on bottom end and I’m not sure on the overall sound quality of the ssv works compared to that. So I suppose I have a few pointed questions from anyone in the know…
Which system is louder?
Which has better sound quality?
Which has a more rounded sound? (Low through top)
If this was to be the only system I ever bought and was never expanded, which do you think I would be happier with?
While I would appreciate a response from anyone, I would have to assume anyone representing a manufacturer would be bias (and rightly so), so I would love some feedback from anyone else that has personal experience with both systems.
