Anyone running a battery disconnect switch on their RZR? If so, what size (amps) and kind of switch do you have? Just seems like a good thing to have should there be a problem with your machine and you wanted to quickly disconnect the battery.

Does anyone make a 10" under the glove box sub enclosure for the 2 seaters? I have seen the SSV one but saw that MTX is making one for Polaris but want an empty one.

Probably a dumb question, but here goes…..
I’m hooking up a lowrance gps on my xp4 1000.
It has a power and a ground to hookup. I’m using the dash mount from PCI , and am wondering if I can use the ACC and ground terminals under the hood??? (The factory ones)
The person who did my stereo ran a completely new fuse box with separate fuses to the lights and stereo.
The gps has an inline 3amp fuse, so I’m wondering if I should get power from the factory location or from where the stereo is?
Is there a better way or advantages doing one or the other?
Obviously, I’m not an expert with electrical, so I would appreciate any suggestions.

Is there anything I can do or buy to keep from having to reach over head to change songs/volume on my ssv for the 900xp? I don’t have the remote and I’m using an iPhone 4 for my music player.

readers digest version:

bought a DM6 multi gage and temp sensor
defective out of the box
shipped the gauge back, they check back in a week
1 week goes by
2 weeks goes by
3 weeks goes by
finally! took 1 month for them to "receive" the gauge they claim
blamed mishap on moving their operations to a new location
cannot give me an estimate on when i will have it back
will not send me a replacement, sends me "canned" message what their warranty/returns/repairs policy is.

i feel like i am talking with a machine, or recording every time i receive email

just save yourself the time and money and just go Autometer (or anyone).. PLX never again…. these guys are a joke….. they probably run the entire company from some laptop with one email box, and some poor 12 year old kid in china they contract to to repair peoples stuff..
