My ssv works is acting very odd, when I first bought my 800s the stereo worked perfectly, not one problem, then it would only work after you rode it for about 20 mins then it the screen and led light would flash alternately , like it was loosing connection. After this it would come on and work perfectly the whole entire ride. The next time you ride it the same thing again. Now it won’t even come on. The light will come on for a sec and go right back out. I messed with it and it finally come on and stayed on, but very dim, I started the rzr and it got brighter but the stereo still wouldn’t work or charge my iPhone. I’m lost at this point wondering if you guys could help out
Thanks!
I currently have a 10" kicker RT in my Rzr 900xp and it sounds ok, But with that being said, is there anyone that has something different that might be a better option?

My 2015 900S has no juice. Absolutely no dash lights, nothing…. I went to start it tonight for my trip tomorrow and it started right up but I noticed the lights would not turn on. Looked at tail lights and they were flickering. The check engine light came on but went back off. Checked the fuse block and fuse for lights was fried. Replaced the fuse and checked all others with no issues. When I pulled the 20A fuse for EPS it sparked when I replaced it. After this I tried to restart and had absolutely no power at all (no gauge lights etc). I proceeded to check every fuse I could including the ones mounted to the firewall under the hood for accessories but found nothing. I checked the battery and it reads 12.7v. I unhooked every accessory from the bar except for the pos and neg leads, still nothing
Any thoughts??
P.S. I am admittedly far from being a mechanic.
Thanks for any input here, the WV mountains are calling!

I know that the enclosure is made for the 1000xp, buttttttt things can be modified. I was wondering if anyone has tried to put on in the 900xp. I already have the SSV underdash sub and it sound really goo outside of the machine but inside not as much. I have the kicker 10" marine shallow mount 400w RMS.
I am no electrical guru by any means, so bear with me. If this belongs in "towing, trailers, etc" then move it mods…
I want to add a basic 12v "car stereo" to my enclosed trailer, composed of a head deck and two 6×9 speakers. I have two 6v golf cart batteries connected in series (12v total). I’ll use 2′ maximum of 10awg wire to a fuse block with a 40 amp inline circuit breaker between the batteries and fuse block. I’m using a circuit breaker so I can shut off power to the block when not needed. The only foreseeable add on off the block will be two LED lights drawing a max of 2 amps each. Following so far?
From the fuse block, I will use 16awg wire (larger than the wires coming out of the unit) to the head deck for power and ground, maximum 10′ run. The head deck has a 10amp fuse built in, will also use a 10amp fuse at the fuse block for this run.
From the head deck, I will use the same 16awg wire to the speakers (again, larger than the supplied head deck wiring).
-This all looks good in my head. Am I missing anything?
-Will regular electrical wire suffice from head deck to speakers or do I need to use "speaker wire"?
-The head deck has power wires coming out of it for ignition power and battery power (presumably for using a relay while plugged into an automobile). Should I connect both of these to the fuse block, or one or the other? Which one(s)?
The batteries are hooked to a charger while the trailer is connected to shore power.
