With all the secondary roller issues especially with the XP 1000 we have what we think will be the best secondary roller available.
The ones we have been having and still got a few sets from Team are still great rollers, better than the stock ones but due to the high heat and dirt still flat spot.
So enter in our new rollers, these Hunterworks rollers not bought elsewhere
Engineered by a racing team out of California that deal in exotic plastics that I work with on other projects.
The new material has been tested to 400 degrees with no deformation!!
Self Lubricating
5X time slicker than Teflon
Tighter tolerances on the shaft due to being CNC machined versus being inject molded.
Weights don’t wobble on the shaft like the stock weights.
Hope we got this problem solved and or for sure less often.
Now the good news, still cost the same $60 for a set of four and two new roll pins which is still half the cost of the Polaris rollers
If you are familiar with the brand name El Gordo Axles, that is a private label for a distribution company. They had a one year exclusive on that axles line, it has expired, the actual manufacturer is Interparts which we have been selling for several years now in the STD duty axle line.
The El Gordo sells for about $209, we are at $149 only difference is what is printed on the box.
They have larger joints and larger shafts
We have them for most Polaris UTV’s from 570’s, 800. 900, 1000 and Ranger 570 and 900 as well
I have a stock motor Xp41k Cage, seats, stereo stock wheels and tires . I live in Northern Arizona 5250 feet altitude. Up here my Rzr has never hit peak rpm with the stock clutching. I would nail the gas rpm would quickly climb to 7000 rpm and just sit there. From day one to 1400 miles. I have only ever burned up one belt and that was in Glamis on stock big horns. But I knew this machine was faster then it was.
Don’t get me wrong my machine even up here would hit 80mph it just took forever to get there once shifted out it would eventually get up to 8000 rpm and 80 mph it just took forever. Knowing that I just purchased the new GMZ XL paddles and 406 Method beadlocks. I wanted to make sure that at camp rzr I could dial in my clutch for these massive tires.
So what did I do… What the smart guys and UTV Racer World Champinon Branden Sims (local guy btw) did went with a Dalton Clutch. I actually bought a Heal Clicker first I just never installed it once I seen some of the pictures some of the guys were posting of their clutches.
Anyway I called Hunterworks and spoke to Todd, told him my setup and he shipped out a Dalton Xp4 clutch and Spring Compressor. Amazing how quick it got here 2 days. Borrowed a primary puller from Branden Sims and went to work. Got the clutch out cleaned everything replaced 2 lightly flat spotted secondary rollers. And installed the Dalton. I have never worked on a UTV clutch before but by looking at Hunterworks videos it was stupid easy. And took a total of about 2 hours to do. Got it all buttoned up and went for a short ride around the neighborhood to warm it up and break in the new belt. Then took it out to one of the main roads and hammered it instantly shot up to 8100 rpm and took off like it has never done up here. INSTANT Smile !!!
Before replacing the clutch I have a road that I have tested on many times. I always take off from the same place asphalt and to the street sign down the way I always hit about 50mph. I really wanted to see if I was getting a placibo effect or something so I drove down there and did the test from the same spot. By the time I hit the sign I was doing 70mph :drive1: .
The thing I honestly like the most is how easy it is to change the weight. All I had to do is pull the belt cover and use the t handle allen to screw the weight out of the end of the fly weights super fast and easy. Hell easier then replacing a belt. LOL
I want to thank Todd from hunterworks for all his help, and selling me the best thing I have done to my Rzr  Outstanding guy to deal with and amazing service.
Anyone on the fence thinking about getting a clutch DO IT!!!! its worth every penny!!!
I just added two options to help me decide on what weights to put in your Duraclutch when you order.
High elevation weights are available but they can also be used on low elevation vehicles with large tires.
High elevation brings RPM down due to lack oxygen in the air so lighter weights are in order
Really large tires bring RPM down too so we are using the high elevation weights for the large tire guys with success
I just added those options on the site, been doing it on the phone but got a couple orders on the website for these clutches in the last few days and needed to contact them first to find out so it is a option now.
Thanks for your continued support on such a awesome product!!!

Get a Gates C12 belt for only $70 when you get the new belt temp infrared gauge!!!!
Everyone wants to know what the best of everything is and I think we are carrying the best belt temp gauge, why? The main thing is it does NOT just measure the temp of the air in the CVT cover but actually measures the actual belt temp using a infrared sensor placed above the belt.
For more info click the link below see the gauge and read a short tech article there on it.
