New HD Front Diff for 570/800/900 RZR!!!

We just got in a new front differential for the following models

•Fitment for 570, 800, 900 RZR’s
•Fitment for 570 and 900 Rangers

All models all years we have covered in that group

These are HD front diffs, HD hardened aluminum cage with 12 rollers.

Better made bearings than OEM

Made in the USA!!!

Below is a link and below that is a better explanation of what this HD unit is compared to stock

Polaris RZR XP 1000 900, Polaris Ranger 800 – 11-16 RZR and Ranger Front HD Diff

Internally, the 1333104 and 1333105 OEM drives each have 10 rolls per side, held within the pockets of the roll cage. It is the rolls that transfer the torque (via a wedging action against the ramps within the ring gear housing) to each of the front drive shafts. The 1333285, by contrast, has 12 pockets per side. More pockets or rolls result in a higher torque capacity. Our HD16 drives are a 12 pocket version with a 7075 aluminum cage. So a customer replacing a -104 or -105 drive with our HD16 will be upgrading to a much stronger design. The OEM 1333285 already has 12 pockets, but of course not the aluminum cage, so once again our HD16 is superior to OEM.

XPT Primary help!

Todd, myself and my fellow XP turbo owners could really use your expertise! The three plastic sliders in the primary is apparently harder than the aluminum of the primary and is gouging out the aluminum where the plastic slider rides.

Have you seen what’s going on with them yet? Do you have anything in the works? My car only has 500 miles on it and the primary is in pretty bad shape. I saw one at the dealership today that had 104 miles on it and 10 hours, and already had wear on the aluminum.

Duraclutch Reviews Here!!!

The Duraclutch system has not caught fully on in the RZR like the wild fire it is in the Rangers. They have not been out that long for the RZR’s.

Works same way, used for the same lower speeds, higher load guys, big tires and rock crawlers. Available for the 800 and 900 RZR’s not 1000 yet.

Anyway, I wanted a central location on this site for anyone with one to put reviews. People have been asking for some reviews and I know there are some on the site but harder to find.

So if you have a Duraclutch please place your review here.

For anyone interested in one below is a link to them on our site

Thanks,
Todd

Need 2016 XP 1K volunteer for test

I need someone willing to let play with their 2016 XP 1000 that has the hitting the rev limiter issue.

Needs to be a stock machine and not have any of the electrical issues that would cause engine issues.

I am located just north of Meridian, MS.

Willing to drive a certain distance to meet someone too.

I have two guys with a part I am wanting to test but both are having electrical issues so it will be delayed before they can give me results

Another that was bringing called and is having knee surgery so he is out.

There is NO cost to you for anything I do

Help me help you.

Please call, email or PM me.

Todd

High Temp/Lubricity Secondary Rollers!!!!

Our new Secondary Rollers seem to be holding up well so far!!!

We have about 250 of them out there now since mid November.

Just got in another batch this past week.

They still cost the same $60 for a set of four and two new roll pins which is still half the cost of the Polaris rollers

click the link below to see them on our site

2016 XP 1000 four seat question

I do not have access to a 2016 RZR 1000 or four seat

Anyone who has taken clutch cover off a 2016 XP 1000 four seater.

Trying to find out which secondary clutch is on it, the new one or last year model

I know the two seat has the new one

2016 XP 1000 Secondary Issue!!

I was trying to find the issue to the hitting the limiter on the 2016 XP 1000 and fit some new rollers we will be coming out with later on a 2016 XP 1000 Secondary clutch

I thought I found the limiter issue but that was not the case, long story and it does "appear" that is a flyweight issue and the stock ones are too light. More on this later as it comes about.

Anyway, in the process I did stumble across a issue. The helixes in the 16 XP 1000 "appear" to be cut wrong and not allow the inside rollers to run flush or flat on the helix.

Below are two pictures, one is used clutch with stock rollers and you can see the dark wear pattern showing the uneven wear then look you can see the gap under the inside of the roller

In the second picture is a brand new clutch and one of our future rollers, it is very apparent the issue

I pulled a older EBS style secondary apart and helix, the rollers run flat on those.

What if anything is Polaris going to do? No idea at this point, not sure they know they have a issue but I am trying to get my connections to pass it on

What will Hunterworks do about it? Nothing, we can’t get custom helixes made right now, Team is too busy with present production.

So this is just info for now and I wanted to pass it on.

The pictures might be deceiving but we were trying to make you see the wear and gap. On the lower pic with new roller, it is pulled all the way up. In the vehicle it rolls up one side of the helix and back down the other on decal and on this helix it will be running more on the outside than anything else in both situations

Polaris or Gates belt with Dalton kit

After just reinstalling both my Primary and secondary again, I was rereading the Dalton instructions and it says to use the factory belt. Makes mention that their setup was calibrated for factory belt and if using any other tuning may be needed. Obviously I bought the gates from you. Just would like to know your thoughts? I really hope this is my last time for awhile digging into this thing.
